Show up and tell us the truth.
Founding membership is a working relationship. Active, honest feedback is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. Members who go quiet lose founding status and move to standard terms, and the spot goes to someone on the waitlist.

Straight answers
Does a studio seat use one founding spot or many?
One. A studio takes a single founding spot and its terms cover the whole team, every coach you add under it, now and later.
What does "0% commission" actually cover?
No Skoopr commission on bookings and no platform fee. For life for the first 30, for three years for the next 30. Payment processing costs are the only thing that still applies.
What counts as "active feedback"?
Roughly: reply when we ask, join the monthly cohort call, and try the things we ship. Not homework, a conversation. Members who disappear entirely move to standard terms.
Why Calgary only for the founding cohort?
Because we meet every founding member in person. That doesn’t scale across a country, and it’s exactly what makes the first sixty different.
When can I actually take bookings?
Programs publish from March 2027, and Calgary families start booking when the explorer app opens in Spring 2027. Founding members onboard their existing students before that.
